The agreement between you and Fubo IPTV. Written to be read rather than to be skipped, because the clauses that catch people out are the ones nobody explained.

Subscribing to, or using, Fubo IPTV means you accept what follows. If you do not, do not subscribe. You confirm you are old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Access to a stream aggregation service delivering live television and on-demand video over your internet connection. You are buying access to that service for a fixed term. You are not buying hardware, a broadcast licence, or any right in the underlying programming.
We are an independent service. Fubo IPTV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to FuboTV Inc., and the two should not be confused.
The credentials we issue are yours alone. Keep them private, and tell us promptly if you believe they have been exposed. Everything done through your account is your responsibility, so a password handed to a stranger is a problem you have created for yourself.
Plans are sold by simultaneous connection count and by term, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payment is taken in full at the start of a term.
Nothing renews automatically. A term runs and then stops. We store no payment method for later use, so there is no recurring charge to discover and cancel.
A connection is one simultaneous stream. Install the credentials on as many devices as you like; exceed the paid concurrency and the extra stream is refused. Prices can change for future terms, never mid-term.
One 24-hour trial per household, on a single connection, with the full line-up open. It requires no payment method and therefore cannot convert into a paid plan on its own. Repeatedly taking trials under different names to avoid paying is a breach of these terms.

Breach can mean suspension or closure without refund. In practice the only rule broken with any regularity is the first.
We aim for continuous service and invest in redundancy to get there, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free delivery. Maintenance happens, upstream feeds change without notice, and individual channels can appear and disappear as third-party arrangements shift. The channel count on this site is an approximation of a moving line-up, not a contractual schedule.
Your own connection is outside our control and is, honestly, the usual cause of a poor picture.
We aggregate streams; we do not produce, own or edit the programming, and we do not control what a broadcaster transmits. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners. Rights holders should read the DMCA policy, which sets out our takedown process and is acted on.
Whether a given stream may lawfully be received is governed by the law where you are. That is your responsibility to establish, and no provider can advise you on it.
You may stop at any time by simply not buying another term. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of section 6, for fraud, or for a chargeback raised without contacting us first. Closure for breach does not attract a refund.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you and which cannot be waived.
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives at this URL with its date at the top. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
