We hold as little as the service can function on. This page says what that is, why each item exists, and how to get rid of it.

We are a television subscription, not an advertising business. Nothing here is collected to be sold, profiled or brokered, and we run no third-party advertising trackers. If a field is not needed to deliver or support your subscription, we do not ask for it.
Issue and maintain your subscription; answer your support email; enforce the connection count you paid for; detect fraud and credential resale; and decide, from aggregate figures, what to write more of. That is the complete list.
Our payment processor, for the transaction. Our email provider, to deliver the message with your credentials. Our hosting and content-delivery providers, as an unavoidable consequence of serving traffic. Each sees only what its job requires.
Beyond that: nobody. We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We would disclose information if compelled by a valid legal order, and we would tell you unless legally barred from doing so.
Account and billing records are held while the subscription is live and for the period tax law requires afterwards. Connection logs are held for a rolling short window sufficient to investigate abuse, then discarded. Support threads are kept while they remain useful for context.
Traffic runs over TLS, payment data never lands on our infrastructure, and access to account records is restricted to staff who need it to answer you. No system is perfect and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something — but the smaller the pile, the smaller the loss, which is the main reason we keep the pile small.
The site sets what it needs to keep a session working and to count visits in aggregate. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser can block the lot; the site will still work.
Ask and you can have a copy of what we hold, a correction to anything wrong, or deletion of the record entirely. Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will action it within 30 days. Deletion ends an active subscription, since the account is the subscription — we will say so before doing it.
The service is sold to adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we learn we have, we delete it. Most players offer a PIN lock, which is the right tool for a household with children.
Material changes will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
